Game Designer

Hey creative! Passionate about VR, game design and intuitive user experiences? Join us as a Game Design Intern and help make our VR application clearer, smarter and more engaging.

As a Game Design intern…

  • You will contribute to improving the user experience of our VR application.
  • You will research how users interact with the application and explore ways to make information, interactions and features more intuitive and understandable.
  • You will translate your research and findings into design concepts, prototypes and practical recommendations that can be tested and further developed with the team.
  • You will work closely with the team to investigate how users interact with the application, identify where they experience confusion or difficulties, and develop concepts that make the experience more intuitive and understandable. This can include designing interactive explanations, contextual guidance, visual cues and other ways of teaching users how to use the application while they are using it.

You have…

  • An interest in Game Design and User Experience, with an understanding of how design choices can influence how users learn and interact with an application.
  • An interest in user research and usability testing, with the ability to observe users, identify problems and translate findings into practical design solutions.
  • The ability to create and communicate design concepts, using sketches, diagrams, moodboards, wireframes, prototypes or other visual methods.
  • A creative and analytical mindset, allowing you to explore different ways of introducing information and teaching users new features without interrupting their experience.
  • Basic experience with Unity3D, preferably gained through education, personal projects, internships or other projects.
  • The ability to think from the user’s perspective and design clear and understandable experiences for users with different levels of experience with VR.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with other team members, receive feedback and exchange ideas.
  • Experience with 3D, visual design or interaction design is a plus, but is not required.
