  • Optimizing performance and memory for VR hardware, ensuring smooth interactions under demanding conditions.
  • Maintaining clean, reusable code; setting up and evolving architecture for scalability and maintainability.
  • Staying current with VR/AR, Unity updates and training‑industry trends; bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What we are looking for

  • Track record of building interactive 3D applications, preferably in VR or serious‑game/training space.
  • Familiarity with VR hardware (e.g., Meta Quest, HTC, or comparable setups), including optimization, controller input, and immersive UI.

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of simulation frameworks, physics‑based interaction, or procedural generation.
  • Experience in emergency services domain (not a must).
  • Mirror multiplayer framework.
  • Strong soft skills, critical thinking, and pro-activeness.

What we offer you

  • 3,250-3,500 salary range, based on experience.
