Requirements

As a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist, you are responsible for overseeing your colleagues’ tasks and then validating them against the specifications.

At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, including planning, executing and managing projects in an agile environment. Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp is a plus. Strong organizational skills in multitasking and time management, without losing sight of deadlines or quality standards.
Affinity with technology such as app development, backend development and virtual reality. Our products are developed using various technologies for a wide range of clients.
Thorough knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods, including test strategies, test planning and test execution. Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and clients.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude in identifying and resolving issues, both at project level and during quality checks.
Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration between different departments to achieve project objectives and safeguard quality standards.
Experience with risk management: able to identify potential project risks and quality issues and mitigate them effectively, with a focus on ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Experience with continuous improvement (CI): skilled at identifying improvement opportunities within both project management and quality assurance processes, with an eye on efficiency and higher quality in the future.
