Requirements

As a Character Animator in Unity, you play a crucial role in creating dynamic, convincing animations. What do we expect from you?

  • 2–3 years of experience in 3D character animation, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases your talent.

  • Expertise in Unity3D: you know your way around the Animation Controller and Animator components.

  • Experience with the animation pipeline and an understanding of how it affects visual quality and performance.

  • Basic skills in 3D modelling and rigging with tools such as Blender or Maya.

  • A creative mindset for solving animation challenges and technical issues.

  • A hands-on mentality when it comes to rendering your own creations and contributing to 3D marketing animations.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and turn feedback into improvement.
