Website & Backend Programmer (.NET / Node.js)

Do you get energized by building robust systems, solving technical puzzles, and creating seamless digital experiences? At Flashgroup, you will help shape the core infrastructure behind our digital platforms and ensure our web applications are fast, secure, and scalable. 

What you will be doing

  • Developing and maintaining backend services using .NET and/or Node.js.
  • Building modern, responsive web applications and internal tools. 
  • Designing APIs, database structures, and system integrations. 
  • Ensuring application performance, stability, and security across all platforms. 
  • Collaborating closely with designers, frontend developers, and product teams to bring features from concept to production. 
  • Writing clean, maintainable code and performing code reviews. 
  • Implementing automated tests, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring tools. 
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and long-term technical planning. 
  • Documenting systems, endpoints, and workflows for internal use. 
  • Staying up to date with modern web/backend development trends, best practices, and tooling. 

What we are looking for

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development. 
  • Strong knowledge of .NET (C#) and/or Node.js (JavaScript & TypeScript).
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue, Next.js, React). 
  • Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). 
  • Familiarity with Git workflows, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 
  • Clear, structured communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment. 

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). 
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 
  • Familiarity with authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT, IdentityServer). 
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular). 
  • Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices. 
  • Ability to build small automation tools or scripts.
